At LivSticker, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is typically processed within 1–3 working days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional campaigns. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier issues, or logistical challenges. We request your patience in such situations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. LivSticker will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

In cases where an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package (Return to Origin), re-shipping will be done only after confirmation and may require additional shipping charges.
