Return Policy

At LivSticker, we ensure that all products are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. Once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer, we do not offer any returns or refunds. Acceptance of the order at the time of delivery is considered confirmation that the product has been received in good condition. Therefore, requests for return, replacement, or refund after acceptance will not be entertained.

However, in rare cases such as receiving a wrong product, a damaged item during transit, or missing items, customers may contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process such requests, clear photo or video proof (preferably an unboxing video) must be provided. Without valid proof, we may not be able to review the request.

Please note that custom or personalized stickers, selected sticker packs, and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are strongly advised to check the package at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video if the outer packaging appears damaged.

In cases where an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery (RTO), refunds are not guaranteed and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
