What is your return policy?

At LivSticker, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer. However, if you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or if any item is missing, you can contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or unboxing video), and we will review your request.


Are any purchases final sale?

Yes, most of our products are considered final sale. This includes custom or personalized stickers and selected sticker packs. These items cannot be returned or refunded once the order is confirmed and delivered.


When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Our stickers are produced using carefully selected materials and printing processes to ensure durability and quality. We work with trusted production partners to maintain high standards for every product.


How much does shipping cost?
